Likes

Self learning and implementing in work. There isn't any good points about the firm.

Dislikes

At the same time you are not authorized to learn, practice and work independently. There won't be any compensation or even an encouragement. No value for the talent and dedication, the whole attention will be on the experienced egoistic higher subordinates. Freshers can't survive. And I don't know how experienced are surviving. The people behave obsequiously towards someone can only survive in this firm.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
