I got a chance to get a little closer with the company bosses. Both bosses are characterful. They respect the feelings of others (Gate security to Chief Managers). I think this alone is enough for a man to achieve all the merits.

Politics is definitely there, as it is everywhere. I think overcoming it is our victory.

Good working environment. Multi level skills learning platform. Systematic methods involving in all working aspects. Challenging in every works.

Need to give good Appraisal. Food taste and hygiene was average.

It good place for mid level. But not a secured etiquette company for managers. Because the MD always listens only 2 to 3 heads. Will not think by his own brain. Nor your problems will be listened. Totally biased and influenced management. At any point of time you will be thrown out. Only humans in face of hyena can survive in premier

This lockdown period they will care for their employee/ family like their family members. They provide all items. No need to go out side.

Dislikes

There is no any dislike, I enjoyed to work with full Freedom in my service period.
