The salary is decent but there is no arragment of incentives and bonus. The career growth is slow.

There is only comfort zone which will never allow you to progress, neither will you get to learn new nor will your salary increase, you will grow old doing the same work at the same place.

Premier needs to keep his good employees safe and promote them from time to time so that they can make their work more efficient, as well as increase their salary according to their work not In terms of the politics. All this will be possible only when skilled leadership managers are available there, not less educated.

Likes

Employees can only get so much work done in a day, and a good employer or manager understands this. When you have a clear understanding of what you need to accomplish, you can enjoy a less stressful work environment.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current job, but one area of potential improvement is the speed at which we implement new ideas. Often, I see competitions take an idea and roll it out much faster than we do, whether it's a new product or new feature.
