...en by senior management. Even main company boss dont listen to junior employee. If you are joining on higher level or big salary no body will cooprate you.

...s transparent. There is a not huge cafeteria and not gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus not every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am Starting my career with Prem Motors since dec. 2009 ,I worked hard and develop my skills and Knowledge and company support is very good..

Growth at company is very least and compensation is not good. There are political environment is very high scale..

1. HR's most important duety is only how to cut the salary of employees. No any support of HR to low or mid level employees. 2. Only top management get promoted and also get hike too. 3. No full FnF provide to employees, and if you want to get FnF you need to file a case in labour court. 4. Join there for training purposes only. Learn and go to some other dealers. 5. No matter how loyal and hard working employees you are if you don't get chamchami you means nothing for company. 6. There some people who get more than 70K salary only for chamchagiri.

Prem motors use so many terms like DGM ,AGM and many more never justify their salary also they are very efficient in cost cutting by imposing unethical penalties on employees. Worst company. If really work for future growth then never consider prem motors they just use you as labour no matter what qualifications you hold.
