...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

There is nothing to like about this company. here ,only junior are targeted .there is no work life balance.owner doesn’t know how to talk with employees properly .working in this company is worse then working in a shop. The owner also use abusing language with employee . Only one community will service in this company and that’s the jaat community If you a jaat then you can join . Otherwise you won’t be able to work here Mr vishal Jain behaviour is good but some of old employees like mr Neeraj chauhan will

Mr vishal Goel is good directors from all . But his old employee give him false statement for juniors and mislead him and every way .mr Neeraj full control of transportation and he doesn’t want any one else to get involved because he think it will end his commision Therefore,he doesn’t let his team member progress .if anyone tries,he creates a negative images of them Infront of mr vishal Goel and gets them fired Office hours is 9 to 7 but mr Neeraj chauhan change time according to his convenience Sometime I go home 2 am or 3 am but there was no appreciation for this . If I was late in the morning by chance he would Create negative image in front of mr vishal Goel Mr Neeraj chauhan is very bad senior in this company …. Do not work with mr Neeraj chauhan Aap late night tk kam kr skte h par subah late nhi aa skte Or agar aap late ho jate ho to mr Neeraj chauhan apke lie compnay ka gate band kra dete hai Neeraj chauhan is very bad personality in company and real life also
