Pregrad has the worst working environment, they really don't care about the employees. People who have connection with the Senior employees working in the Pregrad could only survive here .

Dislikes

They didn't provide the incentives. They unnecessarily deduct the amount from salary. Week offs are not fixed, they also not consider the national holiday.

Their toxic work culture and management.

Dislikes

They will make work even on your weekend but will not pay you the salary. Will give you unachievable target so that they won't have to pay incentives. They care only personal relationships over hardworking employees.

Worst work culture. In the name of startup they are running a con shop

They deduct the interns salary by giving an excuse that my target didn't met. however the upper management get the full salary. I just don't understand one thing that since teams target did not met then how can my SME got the full salary. This is called nepotism. I will never recommend anyone to join this company.

A very good company for any fresher person because all the seniors Like Manager and TLs are very supportive and work environment is very freely not the pressurize things like other companies . and a lot of things for learn in a startup for any fresher person
