...ction engineer is to dispose shop scrap on daily basis. Worst employee policies. Salary is below industry standard e.g. only 3.5 LPA to an engineer with an experience of more than 2 years. Bad infrastructure and office area is small for all employees. No seat or cubical for production staff including engineer. No laptop or other device allotted to engineer, one common PC to use between almost 4 people. Most ridiculous thing is notice period is of 2 months.

I learnt many new things about rubber, machines, process, quality, documentation etc.I love the fact that I'm a part of Bosch group company which is one of the top brands.the colleagues n seniors are very supportive and we work very happily in collaboration. I also like to the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Growth is slow also compensation. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. There is on job training for Freshers by too short term hence seniors goings into troble for guide them step by step.also demolarise by higher authorities for any reason.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent but career growth slowl.

Food is so bad quality and travelling facilities not good otherwise staff and culture is nice for start your carrier medium plateform for beginners...but if your contractual base a joined your very loser your money because contractors are very high amount deducted in your salary.
