...xperience of 2-3 years and congratulations u also have completed 25 by the time. 25k salary at age 25 gonna hit you very hard in real world. So better be ready for it. No flexible timing. Also some kind of sandwich holiday is not allowed, i never understand this thing. The main trigger is you have to leave your shoes sandals outside the office, I mean who does that. Better search more opportunities who pays you right for the civil engineer rather taking what comes on the way. Adios

Good WLB [2 day weekend], flexibility in login, logout time, holidays, etc.

Dislikes

8 hr job duration without including lunch [9:00/9:30 to 6:45/7:15]. Work crunch at times, micromanagement issues and repititive work.
