Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Motivating teammates working with me. Even in all places same production and quality are enemies inside work but outer our team are good frds . Development opportunity is more in our company and chance had to learn in different aspects too.My manager is more intelligent than I ever seen in any other places and best friend too.Our company have gave me appraiser more than 5times in annum..and I got it too.and two times increment too..
