Managers & Seniors are supportive and given all proper information reg. company policies and current situations. At the same time managers and listens and tried best to make whatever possible way out to help me.

...ing there is no opportunity left in Mumbai & relocation that too on my own risk. Also even after getting/applying higher post there is no increment, has to work in same salary package. So these are the two things gave me worst ever experience to deal with.

My working period is normal, Bu my year promotion is stuck, after revoke not increase my salary, after 3 months he was suggested per month salary increase next coming mong. by include people, mis-behave with engineer, if you selected by , Hari. Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."

I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.
