Leave is very less per year only 18 after 2yr+ work also. Covid time half salary given. Which is very unsatisfied f &f taking too much delay after following up also. Job security also not good if client left the company precision told to complete exit formality without job i suffer 2 months 🤦‍♂️.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they not give salary hike and bonus every year as per our expectations.

Hi folks, I would suggest not to join in this organization which I have terrible experience not only me there are 40+ people from the same organization are facing still if any willing to join before think to face the consequences

My working period is normal, Bu my year promotion is stuck, after revoke not increase my salary, after 3 months he was suggested per month salary increase next coming mong. by include people, mis-behave with engineer, if you selected by , Hari. Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery.
