1. Lots of growth opportunities if chosen the right department, 2. Management completely supports any new ideas to improvise, 3. Compensation is good for a fresher, but after couple of years you might wanna switch, but in engineering team compensation would be in par with industry standards. 4. Good transport facility through MTC buses, 5. Accommodation and food is provided for a very cheap fee.

Dislikes

1. Certain old people don't welcome new entrants in the best way possible, 2. A big pay parity between the manufacturing and engineering team, 3. Company employes mostly their relatives in engineering team. 4. Food provided is pretty average. 5. Leave benefits could be better

One can learn a lot of elementary core related stuffs at the earlier stages. But after certain period these, it is hard to work without any compensations and benefits.

Dislikes

...ys. They will not allow you take leave for the extra time you worked beforehand. Low salary package. No major benefits.

The company with the worst Human Rights Officer and HR Management with the Company. Company will supported only HR Manager not a workers. Human rights Officer they treet the workers very poorly...

We can learn much and it will be helpful in our career growth. However, need to sustain at least 3 years.

Dislikes

Management needs to focus on bigger growth, instead they are questioning from the bottom level, even though they employed Managers, GM and Vice president.
