Dislikes

Some how leave policy needs to be improve . Little delay in promotion and appraisal. You can't balance your working life and personal life as they little hesitate to give leaves as the company employee strength is less for that reason only leave policy is quite disappointing.

Management very bad, don't listen. Management is nothing here only one director take decession here. His name Start from S Heavy work load. Director call you at 10 pm , 10.30pm, 11pm also. When you're taking ur dinner Very toxic work culture. Director only consider he knows everything.. Leave is not available or possible here. Rude work culture. Single minute, director can terminate you. Please don't join this organisation.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
