Lots of things to share. Well Worst in there policies and pay structure Salaries are always late to 10th or later of next month.

If Revenue not generated Don't expect salary from company side. Just by name on roll job but there is null uses of on roll ( No medical, No insurance, no gratuity)

Prayagh is a food products company manufacturing of chocolates. I am happy to work in this of learning verification and documentation and related audit works and gmp/ghp audits. But no other growth position in it.

No growth in salary and position, I have no problem of work, I will work hard no growth in salary.

Worst company to work 1. Filthy atmosphere. 2. Community feeling, they treat other communities as taken for grated. 3. Unhygienic washrooms. 4. MD threats if we apply for new job. 5. MD will put his 100% to speak with job offered by any company and will give bad mouthing and tries to spoil our goodwill and ruin the job offer. 6. The management never trust other except family members and they treat employees as grasshoppers. 7. They give chance to only family members to grow career wise and they never give chance for fellow employee`s to grow, say for example in exports they only take family member's for food expo`s overseas and they wanted suppress employees in exports not to get world-wise exposure. 8. Cheap and low grade recipes and product making 9. I advise to all never try to join in this company, its a jail and you will end up no-where. Lot more to share but i deeply regret to talk, think and write more about prayagh nutri

This is mostly a business oriented company. They are looking for the same result for every quarter. Rather than they have to look into the competitors activity as well.
