At Prayag Polymers Private Limited, Bhiwadi, (Rajasthan) the GM there is non technical and hence does not understand the problems of the machines. Neither does he have the design nor does he let us take it.

The owner of the Company Mr. Nitin Aggarwal sir is so down to earth and not believe that employees are insects.

Dislikes

Their few old staff those are working from 10-15 years or more than this. They are not helpful not supportive.

I like top management because they are clear what to do when to do

Managment always support and flexible top management always give liberty if you want to use your ideas in the market Your senior never like this ,he always want don't use any ideas if the top management coordinate with the senir company will go top 5 in the world

Teammates are good , Training and job security is good, Career growth is average , Salary / appraisal is ok types. Have to travel a lot, politics is not that much, learning is their , work environment is also good, innovation is not that much . Work life balance is good.
