The team is great, easy to work with no hierarchy. It does get tough as it's a startup environment and if you take on more work, you get more work. But the rewards are equally high with better designations and growth than any other company.

Dislikes

Lot of people come to Pravaig to use it as a trampoline to land the next big role, these people aren't the best colleagues and very disgruntled to actually work hard.

Working here was a exhilarating journey that was filled with innovation and growth. The company's commitment to pushing the boundaries of automotive tech was very inspiring. The culture here fostered collaboration and helped us think out of the box which lead to some ground-breaking advancement in the industry. The management was always supportive and genuinely valued the contributions of each team member. Most importantly, the work life balance is fantastic. I am proud to have been part of Pravaig, and wish anyone joining all the best within the org.
