As the funding was good the pay is good so that they can rip you apart. U get chance to work in multiple projects and domains which is completely useless as whatever u have done will be lying for the rest of your lives and no improvements will be made.

Few illiterate employees have huge backing from the founders due to which they act as if its their own company and they don't respect the employees from reputed firms who come with high hopes and even the founders themselves don't respect them due to EGO issues. The founders say they don't want to repeat mistakes and later out of no-where they come and say I want the whole vehicle in 2 days and stuff which is not how the industry works. When I interacted with the top founder i was confused about whether i am speaking to a founder or a brainless person. The micromanagement in this company is at its peak, instead of focusing on company vision they are focused on useless things like consumables, and why the cost is so high. even after so long still no trace of their product in the market.

Design direction is equivalent to a roll of yarn strewn on the floor. Innovation is minimal and job satisfaction dissipates very soon due to overall culture currently in the company. Morale is at all time low with highest rates of attrition. Hiring of freshers in abundance with expectation of building an amazing product with items probably purchased from your nearby furniture shop. Management has non professional attitude right from the beginning simply due to no foundation in an actual automotive domain where engineering is to be proven out and not claimed to be what it is based on whims and fancies. The team is great, easy to work with no hierarchy. It does get tough as it's a startup environment and if you take on more work, you get more work. But the rewards are equally high with better designations and growth than any other company.

Dislikes

Lot of people come to Pravaig to use it as a trampoline to land the next big role, these people aren't the best colleagues and very disgruntled to actually work hard.
