Nothing is there to be liked in Pravah, Jharkhand.

The most uncultured organization I have ever worked in. Only corruption are there, nothing else. Each of the vendor is under the gripping of the secretary. The secretary of the organization doesn't bother about the progress of the organization, he only bothers about the extra cut money, or managed and adjusted amount from the various budget head of the various projects. They never respect the employees. Not only that you will get threatening of life if you you didn't mange the extra money through vendor or other way if you leading any project. If you are not agreed then your image will be ruined by any how, lots of allegations will be on you and you will be bound to leave the organization. There are no HR no proper management in the organization. The most illiterate fellows are leading the organization. They never even recognize the employees who give the maximum efforts to getting funds from the other funding agencies. The 3rd class, unsafe, uncultured organization is Pravah, Jharkhand. You can only survive if you have the capability of oiling and buttering.

Likes

People at Pravah is the USP of this organisation. Some of the best bunch of youth in the sector can be found at Pravah. The informal structure helps in building lifelong friends. The focus is primarily on learning of each individual. In lockdown they have set up easier work from home processes and now when all offices are opening we still have the flexibility to stay home and work.

Dislikes

I absolutely do not like the culture of pleasing the seniors and founders. Also there is lack of transparency in financial matters.
