...in June 2016. My experience was really bad working with Pratibha Industries ltd. Pratibha Industries didn't give me the salary of my last 1.5 month (Salary of may and half salary of june 2016). I wrote many times to Head office of Pratibha but didn't recieved any response regarding my clearance amount. Even I didn't get my full EPF. Sorry to say but Pratibha Industries is just terrible.

I am still waiting to get my Clearance amount of 1.5 month i.e. salary of May and half june 2016. And I also I didn't get my Complete EPF amount.

Except last 5 years the company was going good. Job security, culture, growth and work satisfaction was ok.

Dislikes

As on today company was no more. No projects and heavy loans from banks. Financially bankrupted. No future.

I have been continuously working in Pratibha Industries Limited as a Leader since 2010. Now a 600 Bedded Hospital Project is being constructed under my guidance with the help of my VP. The company has very bright open face to grow in construction industries like Delhi Metro Rail Project, Hospital and High Rise Building etc. I feel very proud to be a part of team of PRATIBHA.

Dislikes

Earlier company had very good staff and management to resolve issues related to HR / Admn. Now days it is running very slow and poor process to resolve the issues. No fast action has been taken for employees benefits like PF, TDS , Gratuity etc.

working with Pratibha Group from past 4 years as Deputy Manager store looking all store job like Material receiving ,issue,Material transfer by SAP & Creating PR (Material,Service,Sub-Contractors etc) & Manual Ladger preparing all like Material receipt,issue,transfer. debit note of all vendor & sub-contractor etc.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
