...wer in Any Departmental Head, they have Not provide HR Policy ...Appointments...& Salary Slip...its Run totally on Dictatorship basis .....its work only a Man Power supply agency / technical practical experimental institute ,where provide a class for new freshers and hired on lowest salary and supplied them to M/s Adani & and others refineries nr. by Gujarat with getting highly consultancy charges.....if an employee has leaving their company ...they don't have pay there final salary and Full & Final money...nor. responding any mail and phones call ...Mr. Hasit P trivedi (MD-PES) has not yet clear / Paid my full & final Amount ...which is 4.10 lakh...has pending from 28 months......

Overall company's work culture is good, but the management is very poor regarding taking the aggressive decisions, which are in favour of organisation. Also management will never take a side of their employees infront of client as well as the suppliers. Also the behaviour of very poor as well as un-ethical, they won't take a moment to stripped of infront of fellow employee as well as the senior employee. Also at a time of so called review meeting on "team's meeting" they are talking in "bad words". Even after putting a resignation and the management is accepted the same and after that they're sent the threating mail tha, "you had not completed your notice period as mentioned in appointment letter so, if you won't complete your notice period then we'll sue you". All my advice is to new job applier's that don't choose the organisation to ruin your career.

It was a better place to explore my knowledge and the organization in every level supported.If I get an opportunity to work forward in the coming days ,I will definitely enroll. Entitled with good mentors,wishers for the new level and experienced engineers & supervisors.
