Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. There is no transport facility in covid i.e., I have resigned my job

...ically resignation letter give to HR department they will start struggling like. Salary detection and experience letter don't released. So many employees unofficially resign like after they are getting the salary.

There is nothing to like about this company, if you are far away from family or don't want to spend time with family then this company is best for you!! Terrible work life balance.

No transport facility, no cafeteria, no insurance, far away from city, no work life balance, no proper weekly offs, no proper full and final settlement, don't expect good review from them even if you give your full time to company and work like a labour, they don't respect you, they will give bad reviews to current employer background team if they come to verify about you!! In short it's not at all satisfactory job!!
