Job is excellent for personality devlopment but pay scale is very low.. Poor as compere to work load. Schedule is hectic and tight. Not suit for financial growth. Not suitable for career growth. No chances for promotion. But If you like to do social work... This is best place

Pratham have a good environment for work. I learn many thing when I was working at pratham. This organisation give opportunity to freshers and growing skills and knowledge through training and through motivation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond og 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job

First of all I got to learn a lot from Pratham Education Foundation, lot of new things and if I get good opportunities in the future then I would definitely like to work. I developed many skills here. If talk about environment, work life balance so everything was awesome.
