The books that are created and published entirely depend on the editorial team, authors and illustrators and that is the only best part. The brand survives because of the books.

Dislikes

The 14 years old organization behaves like a two years old start-up and top management is highly indecisive. No recognition for hard work, commitment, and dedication. Those who are old in system show attitude and have a lot of egos. There is a lot of partiality like some people are allowed to work from home while some aren't.

The books that are published are the hard work of editors and illustrators. The management otherwise is clumsy, insensitive and lacks proper decision making skills.

Dislikes

The management is clumsy, indecisive, manipulative and lacks management skills esp at the higher level. There is a lot of discrepancies and biases.
