Fresher who wants to get time pass in this company for them its better..no proper training and induction program. During Covid time also they required all employees to come office..during to this major employees are effected positive case. No Sanitising the office No proper cafeteria and no Office telephone facilities plenty are yo brief in this company. Its worst office in Bangalore. NO Health insurance and Mediclaim for employees.

No job guarantees and no salary slip and IT form 16. Due to employer PF is not crediting to PF account. But employee PF will be debited..when Ever no projects no work and no Salary. Its waste company losing our experience in this company and time..

top disgusting problem is leadership, leader from Other state come and not do Ethical behavior to lower staff. leader do more and more pressure to employees. peoples doing 24 hour daily duty in company still company have more money. my position problem is I travel lot for work by my own bike for 150km daily still company don't gave me fuel to anyone I pay from my salary. so fuel with pressure with communication all the day than you have no good words from leaders .

Salary timely not credited even no any timeline. FnF process not work here even you give your full notice time. Very poor management if you got absent by forget the punch your salary will not credit. No any exeptional approval process. Actualy they search very cheap Circle head then you can't make any hope. Overall very poor management. You can say this not a company but only dukan of baniya or lala.
