It's very hard to say, it is suggestions or request, any organisation or company have proper hr department qulaified and certified human resource person one who take responsibility and care to the employee and employers actual HR to the organization, for every department have one head but for them no one is perfect hr so u need to fill that place one good and perfect HR manager, And this place is not only for nurse for other administrative pepole are all working so give them proper place at least give them one system or chair to the employee even ward boy aid have a seperate room, but some people don't have, 8 hours fully u see a system or u do. A continuous work we can't do we need some relax, know at leaset 5 to 10 mints but here no option bez no chair or even u didn't sit on the attender chair also.. if they came nha we vacate. But the nurses and the other people saying that simply sitting and romaing nothing do to. If they call any time nah we go like a dog but they response they didn't do anything, they didn't help us, we don't hvae system we don't hvae proper place, but we have do the thinks they want. I mentioned here our all the quries, if its take needful one nah I ma happy if its no this is like what u see nah no one his permanant in this organisation. So consider my obligation.They gvae hostel but once they stay in that hostel then only they come to know how pepople or survey.

Our chairperson,Dr.Geetha Haripriya mam,is god gift to lot of patients and workers..great hardworker,intelligent,humanity,kind hearted,v.good soul with lot of efficiency....working with mam is blessful..she created brand for her hospital only because of her hardwork.. our hospital is in list of top 10 best hospitals...

Nothing like that
