While I was working there, I have noticed that is much different from other companies I have worked in my career, is that they have managed to give salary on time every month and this happened even during the Covid Period. The team members and seniors are very helpful and you keep getting good guidance from time to time. Another thing about the company is they handle big budget projects from branded companies which gives the team members a chance to always keep their knowledge up to date and work on quality tasks and unique deliverables. I changed the company because I had to shift to a different city but overall its a great company to work with.

The worst company in kolkata! Never, I repeat never work in this company! Horrible hr and management with worst employee policies. Employee like PRIYANKA use slangs on daily basis on junior employee. She does not know English language basics herself and have the audacity to correct others. PRASENJIT NANDY is another person who uses a abuses and slangs too. The worst part is after mangement is informed about such behaviour, they simply take sides of their old employee.

Work culture, ethics, company policies all are exceptionally well to keep employees consistent for longer period of time. Management and their decisions are always in favour of every employees. Most importantly they took special care of every employees during COVID-19, everyone has received their salary before time without pay cut and no one has laid off. Even employees got helped for their families also. It is wonderful to being a part of this company.
