Neither give promotions nor give appreciation or anything else of your hard work. They just need to spent yourself 8:30 hrs in their company whether to work or not. They just want your time. Management consider your appraisal on the basis of feedback from your colleague & then give you increment with already wasting your time by filling your appraisal form. Employee facilities are not basic level & up to the mark. Only two type of level they need:- (1) Managerial person (2) Bottom level staff person. Management hierarchy is not followed at all. They just do not consider your work experience while giving you promotions. You must demand against them for your promotions. If you don’t do that, then they are happy to work you on the same post many years. Promotions & appreciation are not the word of Prasad group directory.
