The only thing I liked was the fact that you're surrounded by innocent animals and can tend to them.

This place is absolutely horrible for women to work at. The men have no respect for women. They just dump all the work on you. Faced s*xual harassment multiple times, and aggressive behaviour from the owner when you don't comply. Have absolutely no work ethic, no one to monitor anyone's behaviour and strife to create a good supportive team. They drink and smoke pot all the time, sometimes even around animals. The animals are kept so unhygienic and find a lot of deaths every single day. There's no proper medical care provided for the animals. SO MANY ANIMALS HAVE D*ED FROM STRESS DUE TO BEING HELD by 100s of people constantly! :( they lie that the animals are rescued. They're not. They're bought from other places and make up a sob story about how they're rescued to pull on the heart strings of the visitors and even employees. Teenage volunteers engaging in s*xual activity in the premises. In the short time that I was there, it was the most heartbreaking and horrifying experience of my life. I left there feeling like I don't even want to work with animals anymore if this is the condition of organisations are.

You can spend some time with animals, it's the only benifit.

Dislikes

Bad owner, no ethics, no money, bad treating employees. If working here and taking experience, no where you will get to work like these post.
