Nothing to like with this company Worst in all the terms. Including the pay . They just pay the salary good for their relatives ( 99 percent employees are their relatives only) irrespective of their education, skills , behavior.

Dislikes

Gender bias , no work culture, relative centric company ( they consider only their relatives in terms of discussing in meetings, ideas , decision making) . Employees who are from outside with skills are not even called to participate in the discussions especially female employees they just hire females for data entry . Male employees use abusive language all the time in the office and it is almost 99percent related to females topics. Worst organization. Customers and employees are treated good only when they now their heads like goats to the management. If we question they play mind games and attack , harass personally too.

It's really good experience for while working here because here I got lots of things that i have never been expected regarding development of our career. And one more thing that all employees co-operative and down to earth regards their jobs. So I'm very thankful for that. Thank u Praneeth group.

Dislikes

It's my own opinion as a safety officer that it's developing company so for right now it's good. And we are working here and inshaallah we will made it in good organization as much as possible. regarding safety, Quality, and also work productivity.

I'm so happy to work here, learn a lot of new things even management also so friendly they are motivating every critical time.

Here is the most disadvantage only one thing that's the office located in out of the city
