Not Recommended for job aspirants. Company must be clear with intentions, if they're going further or not. Be Straight forward.

What I truly liked about the company was the timely salary disbursement on the 1st of every month and the thoughtful initiative of providing monthly lunch for employees. I was hired as an accountant for one company but was later assigned responsibilities for a sister company without a salary hike. Despite being promised a revision in six months, it kept getting delayed, and even after a year, the hike was very minimal despite my financial concerns. The accounts department lacks career growth, with work focused mainly on billing rather than accounting. Employees are also expected to handle multiple responsibilities under the group company concept. I suggest improving processes, salary revisions, and growth opportunities for the accounts team.
