Waste culture & policy Owner thinking is like third class If someone going with.better opportunity company holding the salary after resignation. Not a satisfied organisation. Will never grow. Salary depends on site payment of staff. Salary mostly done after 15th of senior staff . Hr head is the woman in power next to ceo. Useless police. By holding the salary of labour they grow They have to fixed strategy.

Non sense organisation .Educated employees never join on this waste ,worst organisation .

All about good construction company. Salary time table not bad. Learner are perfect for this company.

It seems as if the CEO of the cookie company uses it to introduce himself. Company admin & HR don't know how to deal with staff. The policy of the company changes without 2 days. There is no privacy in one's own room, very bad photography of who is doing what and eating & politics abounds here.

...o learning and development(training) department; internal politics is prevalent. You'll not get your salaries on time. There is no job security, Procurement Head Dwarikanath Rout is having rural mindset (belongs from rustic background); so he's egoistic and thinks he's heading a department of 1 of those Fortune 500 companies and company does promotion in print, electronic and social medias & some Bollywood celebrity is their Brand Ambassador.

This is a Good Company In PEB field, If Anyone want to start his career in PEB I recommend you should must join this company, Salary are timing and Company Give us other benefit.

I've not noticed anything wrong through out my tenure. Management is too transparent for honest people. Those who are unprofessional & fake in nature, ofcourse Management is cruel for them and I think this is not bad.
