Switching teams is very hard here. Creats a panic situation at the time of client visit. I don't understand why they are unable to attract new clients though they have such a good reputation.

It would be good If team can work on improving the KT plan for the lateral joiners as the products are vast It will take good amount of time to feel comfortable with the product.

I got hired as an associate engineer after that they did not provide any training. They asked us to complete one small development project i performed very well instead of that they gave me testing for their own sake. There is no one to one chat with employees to know how they are working or not high level people in company they don't care for any of lower level or fresher. My overall experience is like hell

Only because of the great technical minds here, we can get good learning opportunities. Though people are not helpful.

Dislikes

People are not helpful, lack professionalism. If a manager doesn't like you, your whole experience of ruined, because they exercise a lot of control on employees. You will be stuck

Pramati gave me a phenomenal change in my career. Hired as a content writer, they gave me an opportunity to explore on the marketing side of the product. That believe & trust gave me confidence and take ownership. At Pramati, each employee will self-compete by setting their own goals and be a better version of themselves.

Nothing to dislike. I just miss meeting people in remote setup.
