It is a school that provides an alternative learning environment, and inculcates tolerance and empathy in the children. The teaching-learning process is based on certain principles which everyone in the school stands by and it is admirable in the present day and age. Everyone actually works as a team and the credit goes to the senior leadership team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , however, it could be better considering the living standards of Bangalore. Growth from the career point of view may be slow too.

It was like a Second Home for me and learnt a lot about the importance of Nature and owning the space, Team work, Community Building, Importance of healthy eating , Creative Kitchen, Shramdaan Conducting workshop on computer skills, yoga,

Sometimes work comes up the last minute which was difficult to think and act.

Best school for students but worse for teachers. All the philosophy what they talk about is only for students. Teachers are not humans for them. Must try, it will be a good experience. You will get to know how to corporate culture looks like in a polite manner.
