Work environment are too good and satisfied work. MD was friendly talk and good opportunity given me.Some employees were very friendly and gave responsibility.

Dislikes

Some of the employees do politics. So the workers are affect.

Yearly once the MDs will take all for a picnic out of city.

Dislikes

MD and JMD shout, abuse, hit and sometimes break a subordinate mobile phone. You can't plan your work. If you don't know how to behave like a slave, don't go there. Even a 60+ year old veteran will be MC-BC in front of all 50 people. MD will make groups and then support one to do politics and like that. MD will go to shop floor and take greese from machine and out on face of the GMs/AGMs daily and make them run machine like a operator. This is the worst company one could come across.

Worst Company. In past experience I have never seen anything like this. Their not IATF/MACE certificate and achieved properly they buy for cash. System not followed. I don't know their company customer accepted their system, I think auditors are eyeless or maybe they buy for auditors
