Company Culture is Worst, it's just names Private limited company but actually it is Sethiya company and HR Department will not even give you chance to explain your site and Give judgement on their on perspective. Think twice before joining this organisation. This organisation also don't give Promised job profile and Incentives, so clear your thoughts before joining this organisation.

Many issues related with inefficiency, policy, no office amenities and benefits for employees. Poor insurance coverage. Owners are very good but old leaders under them are outdated thinkers. The infrastructure lacks - meeting rooms, covered parking, canteen, proper hygiene and water supply. Managers are indisciplined and cannot manage staff under them well.
