Excluding it's infrastructure, there's nothing which I like about Prakash. Talking about company policies, they are very rigid, if they found profit comes from here they immediately change the company policies. Excluding Mr. Dilip Shah whole management is looking fo profit only not at the employee's situation. Even we can not expect such support from the other management peoples.

... my life. He has the capability or we can say talent to demotivate the employee. He is more powerful with his political moves , ij which he succeed to justify his salary among the management through increasing stress level of an employee.

something good about pcapl is its running because of their md name in market , the senior people in marketing the vp is useless.

work culture, if you leave at 6.30pm they will ask why are you going so early! the vp misbehaves with female employees, makes them sit till 8pm and don't know how to speak basis English.
