Very very poor salary structure. HR policies need to be revised. Same percentage increment to employees with 1 lacs and 30 lacs salary. Hiring fresher engineer with double package than the current 3 4 years experienced Engineer.

Increament is less than other companies. Variable Pay scheme is worst while working in Praj. 5-10% increment with Variable Pay. Everyone frustrated about this

Lowest market standards in terms of Salary, salary structure, appraisal and benifits Huge deduction in salary and low variable at year end Paid food, paid bus and Selling milk tea No variety in food in remote office locations Vocal for local kind of culture in organisation

Environment is very good. Teammates are very supportive. In company cantten facility is available. There is a five day working. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
