Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... work related stress In therapy sessions, nobody is interfering Less politics Salary comes on date.

Dislikes

No opportunity for career growth Unstable salary Everytime the management 'blackmails' therapist with cutting the salary. As if we are the servants. Everytime it is like "if you do this, it will cut your salary". Leave policy is very poor. If you take a leave of 1 day, it will cut 2 days salary. You should not have any health emergency. No opportunity for new learning
