Office is amazing, very nice, clean and beautiful.

...tent, and the employees are treated more like laborers than valued team members. There are no holidays or celebrations observed, and strict punctuality is enforced with salary deductions for lateness. Despite being an NGO, they have unrealistic formal dress expectations and may send you home for not complying. Late work is mandatory, with no compensatory time off. Respect and appreciation are severely lacking, and the overall atmosphere is notably rude.

Work like a daily wager. If you want to do more tasks in less salary, this company is for you.

Work life balance. You will not get leave approved. If it will be approved then sandwich which come into role. Rude behavior of boss, they think they have earned much amount of money. They will fire you anytime. Your official out time is 5:45 but your team lead will want you to work till 7 pm. And boss will want you to work 24x7. They can call you anytime. Even if you are on official leave they will call you and torture you.

Only second and fourth saturdays are off. Highly centralized decision making A poor and depressing office ambience A lot of deductions in salary because of unfair policies on office timing and penalties Lack of stability- people come and go often. No humanity on part of the top management. Rude and harsh treatment of even the senior managers. The whole team of a particular department sits in the same area. No separation even for senior managers, who take calls from the Director and the subordinates can here the Director shouting and ranting. This affects dynamics within the team. Too much paperwork for small things.

Starting salary compared to other companies is good.

1. Work culture of head office people is pathetic. 2. No one will address the real problem. 3. Blame game is there. 4. too much travel with too less TA. 5. No smell of professionalism.

The only good thing about Pragya is that, the field staffs are very diligent and cooperative.

Dislikes

...nd vehicle to go to the field, the community people are not in the village, etc. which are totally out of your control), the management will be all ready to cut down your salary. Some are working as managers but have rarely visited the field and they don't even want to visit because they don't want to leave their comfortable cubicles. Also, the work will be more about achieving the numbers, quality is not the priority. Not a right place for any dedicated development/social work professionals.
