Nothing to like about this company, worst policies, worst work culture. Daunting work life in PragmaEdge. My sincere request especially for recruiters don’t dare to apply here, if you don’t have anything and in desperate need of a job then you can test your bad luck here, don’t worry about the interview process it’s damn simple, just talk fluently.

Dislikes

“DON’T MAKEUP YOUR SAUCE” Recruitment lady who works from USA (management says she’s a lead/manager/director not sure what she’s into but she has only 2 years of work experience that too in sales) without knowing anything she’ll take status calls everyday for 1-2 hours, she doesn’t even ask relevant status questions to recruiters just act as a lobbyist to share the updates to management.

Pragma Edge is the best place to start a career in corporate world. I have started here recently though I had many opportunities from other companies, but I chose Pragma beacuse the hiring process I went through was smooth and as fast it was possible, which built a trust in the company. Other great thing is the company runs with established values.

As it is a growing company and me being a fresher, I don't have any dislikes in particular.

Amazing Journey I had with Pragma Edge, The way they treat all employees are so cool Very Good work life balance, Great Learning Experience and Flexible Work Culture Continuous job opportunities in various technologies to the freshers and good option to start their career.

There is nothing to like about this company . Worst Hr policies and worst Hr team . Especially the recruitment team manager (without any prior experience became a manager ) . If you’re looking for a good career and a peaceful life then please ignore this company .
