It is very much satisfactory company for their permanent staff, having good clean atmosphere inspite of being a government company. The company's permanent employees are quite happy in terms of work load. Securities arrangement are fine.moreover they have commanded and controlled the CISF in well manner. They are having a daily practice of good spoking, daily management meetings, good head count practice, supportive lower staff, Acive top level staff, nice and spacious civil structure, A proper gate pass issuing & checking phenomena and continuously growing company. It is a secure workplace for technician.

Dislikes

I would like to state that i have worked in pragati power on contractual basis. Contract employees keepon waiting for salaries, several been unpaid for last months. Company don' have any control on contractors. They show it as having controll but practically efforts goes vein. Few got reduced salaries in an uninformed way and been threatened to discontinue the job in manner to reduce financial overloads of contractor hence to company. Company don't have any training practice or phenomena. Neither one should be expected to have any progress financially. But still this company is saisfactory for technician level employees. They can guarantee for the payments somehow but cannot guarantee or even assurance for proper timely salaries. Fooding arrangement is worst. They are not so keen for site worker's safety in terms to follow rules. They are having poor stock maintenance policy, poor work assigning policy.
