Salary of the employees is more than that of market value,yearly promotions if employees are worth it & yearly diwali bonus with yearly increment. Until & unless employee is working for the progress of the company till then employees job is secure.

Dislikes

Company is a startup firm in terms of construction no major work in company's hand where there is a vast use of construction. In terms of company culture,no particular HQ level staff is appointed in company for specialised work of HR,admin. No company policy,if having it changes within an year or so.

Likes

The managing director has great thoughts towards his staff. Giving some presentation of any project to the staff in the form of incentives is not there in any company, the staff never goes without payment.

All the staff are not seen at one glance

The un experienced incharge & so much partiality to other peoples & blame the people at my opinion of pragathi infra

The incharge was so much partiality because he always supported his friends and remaining people should kept in compression on stones&Miller etc.,
