Nothing to say anything about Pragati glass because no future here, appraisals Very poor like proprietary ship organisation... No growth here for recent generations persons. No systems, procedures etc.. Salaries also Very poor.

Fake promises by owners. He can never fulfil his commitments. He will promise something, when you achieve the target he will say “ Maine toh essa bola nahi” “ Teri salary toh mere se bhi jyada Ho gayi hai mai toh itne paise de hi nahi sakta”. Owner’s wife will also support him in his lies.

1. Freedom and flexibility of work. 2. Professional as well as technical exposure. 3. Solid support from seniors and colleagues across functions. 4. One of its kind learning university where employees have everything to learn and grow in rigid packaging business viz. glass containers, plastic, closures, lotion pump, canisters, aluminum, tin, and mono-cartons and other value added services it provides - for example decoration facility dedicated to glass and plastic unit as well as metallization unit. The huge business landscape translates to learning and development across multiple businesses. 5. Range of services and New Product Designs it offers is phenomenal. Every week, the design and development team comes with 4-5 new designs in glass bottles and plastic container category. 6. Dislike" is not a right word. I would rather suggest some improvement points: 1. Need robust planning team in glass and decoration unit. 2. Empowerment of people. 3. Team Bonding/Team-work to be strengthened. 4. Creation of Second Responsible Person in most of the departments. 5. Values to be defined and lived in work and life, both. 6. Annual appraisals and performance reviews system to be chalked out 7. Adaptation and acceptability of recently implemented ERP system in smooth way.

All kind of politics follows here. Career growth zero. No Epf no medical facilities, Neither appointment letter nor experience certificate/reliving letter provided. My journey here was unexpected horrible and terrible. No canteen for all employees atleast not even a single tea stall inside or outside of the company. No Epf no Esis no leave they can call you even it's your off. Worst paying system for your Hard working.

only 25% of workers working in company however still 75% places empty,every person had to do all kinds of work it's doesn't matter which post you are holding.

Very bad working environment. Staffs are always working under stressful situation. Artificial stress situation always created by management. Who are close to MD always in a win win position. Who just do their work sincerely are not appreciated or rewarded by company. They can be sacked after long years due to silly reason. No job security. No future benefit like of, gratuity etc. Literally staff treated like bonded Labour.
