Please don't join this firm because your whole life will spoil.here the general manger Mr Vishal borse teart himself as a he is god. he decide every policy .lots of politics.if you join and switch from this company then pragati electrical doesn't support for background verification which results in you will not get job in big company. Every employee working here is a donkey and I will take a name ( vasant shingte) t who doesn't know how to respect women ,in his mind he always think about s***x not about CT and PT. In testing department there will be one supervisor named as gajanan who is very close to senior management persons and makes complaint of every employee in a company, actually he is in Marathi we can say chomda.please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please don't join this firm.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
