Pune HR Head is having Autocratic nature & very arrogant person & very rude nature, always insults shop floor employee's infront of all HR staff,always harassment by him, he is harmful for companys growth. Owner need to know this.

Exposure to various manufacturing activities from sheet metal stamping, tool room, welding, assemblies and auto electrical manufacturing. Prabha has been constantly learning and growing oragnisation with a good mix human resources from experience to Young aspiring engineers. A very good oragnisation with diversified manufacturing processes under one roof.

Need more work on execution humane resources and their competencies.
