PPG asian paints is very selfish company..there is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.PPG is only thinking to complete to them work... otherwise that company not thinking to staffs problem...I know...I talking about that company waste of my time.but I hope,one day PPG has apologies to staff,,trainees are not working PPG... PPG not a mnc company..that is cheapest company in the world...

Biasness is a big issue specially in East Not a system centric company. People change...system changes Very few managers value commitments Attrition rate is high In-house politics plays a big role in day to day work

Good Pay master ; but extremely poor work life balance . Everything is manual and like govt job, for everything approval is needed . Innovation and automation is not there. IT team is the worst. Most of the people who can do buttering , don’t work but take all credits and get promotion. Management is aware of those idiots but are helpless
