PPD provides good number of leaves. *Flexibility in work and login timings, provided you prove your worth and be trustworthy in terms of assigned work. *Work from home requests are considered for personal reasons, however transitioning to complete WFH model is a challenge if you have joined as a Office based employee. *Bonus is not performance linked, hence you'd get complete bonus at the end of defined cycle. *PPD emphasizes on knowledge and training in various processes of your domain. However, transitioning to another domain is a bit of a challenge.

The managers don't have any clue about software. They think that Software Engineers are useless and their work can be easily done by ChatGPT. You are expected to be in office for 9 hours and be available for late night calls. You won't be allowed to leave office early if you have late night calls scheduled. Highly unprofessional and unethical managers thrive here. They don't care about your growth or well being. They are only interested to climb up the corporate ladder at the expense of your hardwork. There is no recognition for the work you put in.
