It was worse decision in my life to work with powerweave. In this pandemic they kept us on leave without pay. Neither paying since may nor transfering to another process. They have to thing for all employees not only favorites.

...out pay subbatical leave. The company could also shift us to another department. The company did not even give us salary in this subbatical leave and not even terminated from the company but the subbatical period on mail kept increasing every 2 month. Because of this there was loss of time.

...ine on the spot job leave krdi even honestly maine system bhi h handover krdi...but HR said u absconding aapka powerweave mein nhii dikhega n salary nhii milegi agar notice period complete krte ho toh night shift mein continue krna hoga ek saath 1 week leave nhii le skte ho... seriously m very disappointed for this...one more thing TL dailog aap kbhi kisi se khush nhii hoti ho n manager saying na performance achha h na koi improvement h 2 months se yahi sunn rhi hun...n more important part HR ..warning letter aapki galti ek paise ki na ho but aapko warning letter zarur denge qki I have a proof 2 times mjhe warning letter diye hain jis mein meri koi galti nhii h...HR ne kbhi meri baat nhii sune bas apna point rakhne ka or baat wahi khatam....Shikayat toh khatam nhii honi but sirf itna hi.

No fixed logout time & no leave even if we have 50+ leave pending on our account We can't send email to HR for help they will directly forward that email to the management.

Working environment are good. Teammates are also good supportive but during COVID-19 so many employees face the problem regarding job security.

Dislikes

...vides pickup and drop facility and also they dont give travelling allounce also. Company really need to think about this as so many people come from far and they have to pay so much amount of money just for travelling.
