Obviously power mech give a better opportunity to freshers for learning and also be a experienced person, but there have a problem like duty time and salary timing. Although time is not fact but a big fact is salary timing, its get late continuously. But any other facility like lodging and fooding, Travelling all are good. For work a lot of helf get from senior. And basically for mechanical and electrical its a better opportunity to learn that given power Mech.

Dislikes

May be because of duty Time,too much pressure on site, i have to work 12 hr average even it be 14 hr. Afterall there have a big problem about southindian vs western/East /North. If you really do work well, complete a project before timing obviously, you wish that credit you will got,. But the credit get someone which is in your team and see that, may be he will from South. Its very painful sometimes.average all are good.

Some irrelevant seniors,if we suppose to do work at time period tho were not appereacting juniors...😂new GM was not as good enough...

Here is working culture and staffs are very positive resposible and supporting.

Some time we unable to put our point in front of clients because site in charge and hods are saving there jobs only he know what happened but not react.

The company is not so innovative and I don't think if they are thinking for there employee's in this crucial time for the betterment .No apritiation for your good work and from now i dont think for better growth over here .

Learning work environment is not so good because politics takes place in team work that's why Not sure for Career growth .

The company is good teammates, environment is also good career growth is high work life balance is proper learning to much,salary also good for me

But work pressure is sometimes high have work 10hrs a day
