1. Salary structure is not good. 2. People who working since long use to dominate new people and never share the relavant work information. 3. Second/third hand laptop used to provide with Gmail access and if need of any software like AutoCAD can not provide. 4. If new comer wants to join once offer letter receives HR will not respond neither where you have to come where you have to stay ...no information is provided by them and immediately they can transfer you also on the day of joining ..no system I negotiated for Gujarat and joining day transferred to MH. 4. Accounts : for small small expenses remibursment need to follow up people who working since long they get immediately but new comers they don't have respect. 5. It's not a company we can say... 6.Lots of politics at site level ... Above said thing is about only Wind division of powerica not whole group. Waste of time.

Safety procedures is worst. Force to ride two wheeler in unsafe conditions. Higher management is taking responsibility. Appraisal is not on performance. Leave policy is very worst . Force to work overtime.

The training they given in pune. that is only one i liked about powerica. salary will credit your account on 28 or 29.

there is no carrier growth. salary hike will be 1000 rs per year. more politics inside the company. no one will take care if u get injured or struck with any problem
